Christ Was Revealed to the Nations Long Before His Birth (Isa. 15-16)

<p>When Jesus appeared to the disciples after His resurrection, He rebuked them for their ignorance of the Scriptures. The Old Testament (as we call it) foretold that the Messiah would not only die and rise from the dead, but also that His kingdom would be preached to the nations. We find an example of this prediction in today's text.</p>
