Chocolate Zucchini Bread, perfect for Valentine's Day or really-any day is better with chocolate!

In a separate bowl combine the following ingredients:</p> <p>2 2/3 cups of flour-pastry or all purpose</p> <p>1 tsp salt</p> <p>1 tsp of baking soda</p> <p>½ tsp of baking powder</p> <p>¾ cup of cocoa, unsweetened</p> <p>2 cups of zucchini, grated.</p> <p>Bake loaves at 350 degrees for 55-70 minutes-or until comes out clean when you poke the middle with a toothpick.
