Children's Hospice Lauralynn Celebrate Children's Hospice Week

On Tuesday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Kerry Mc Laverty who is the CEO of Lauralynn. Lauralynn are Ireland's only children's hospice and provide palliative care and supports for children with life-limiting conditions. This week, they are celebrating 'Children's Hospice Week'. Kerry discussed the aim and the theme of the week which is 'Caring for the Child, Supporting the Family'. She believes that this week is a way of shining a light on the work that Lauralynn carry out and is pivotal to raise awareness of the support that the hospice provide for a child and their family.
