Charleen Markle and Kathy Delcarpio discuss efforts to establish a chapter of The League of Women Voters in Iberia Parish. The League works to empower voters and defend democracy. An organizational meeting will be held on Thursday, August 31 at 6 pm in the Main Branch of the Iberia Parish Library. All interested persons are invited to attend.
