<p>Today an upper-level trough will slowly advance over the Rockies into the northern Plains to west Texas and lead to colder temps an increase in clouds and northeast winds and some light snow showers overnight Temps today will be in the 30’s falling into teens overnight NE winds 15-25 mph increase to 25-35 mph and light snow showers will develop over eastern CO towards evening and work into western KS. Current storm track Thursday is south through Oklahoma and the Ozarks with heaviest snow potential in southwest KS and snow and ice in central and eastern Kansas. Thursday skies clear northwest to southeast and remains cold with temps in the lower 30’s and lows in upper teens with breezy northwest winds. Ridging slides in right behind system with warm-up on Friday and over the weekend back into the 50’s and 60’s. </p>
