Celebrating 17 years with Vulnerability, Passion, Humility & Love

<p>Celebrating 17 years of being in a profession that I absolutely love, and has been everything and more than I ever imagined. Tune into this very special and revealing episode as I express with humility, vulnerability and love surrounding some of the most major decisions in my life and how they lead me to where I am at today. </p> <p>Often, we get so deep in our head that we don't take time to really relax, get quiet and listen to the desires of the heart. It was when I did that get quiet in the beginning of my career and also over the past two years that the answers were revealed. I knew that I was passionate in fitness, I knew that I loved people, I knew that I desired connection. However, now that I know all that has been experienced and the opportunities that have been gifted, I truly must say that everything happens for a reason. </p> <p>At the end of the day, one must know that whatever it is that you choose to do with your life- please be certain of one thing and one thing first- </p> <p>Are you happy? </p> <p>Does it bring your joy? </p> <p>Do you crave it every day? </p> <p>If your answers are yes, then of course you are in the right spot.
