Cannabis industry has ideas for Gov. Kathy Hochul

Kathy Hochul will prioritize with her administration, but the cannabis industry hopes it will be the appointment of state regulators who can get the ball rolling on a recreational marijuana market and New York Cannabis Growers and Processors Association President Allan Gandelman has some ideas on how the new Office of Cannabis Management should approach its work.
