Can you CHOOSE to LOVE yourself?

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This past week has kicked my ass. Shadow side was illuminated from this past New Moon...anyone else?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I love our shadow side because it helps us to assess what is worth our energetic investments and what is not and needs to be shed or released.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But OOF it can be ROUGH.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s so easy to focus on what’s not working in our lives. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To focus on lack.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To focus on how we want to change, or we aren’t where we want to be in our lives and feel like we are not enough.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I am all about feeling our feelings, acknowledging our truth and processing them...</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">After we feel and see where our feelings are rooting from…</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Can you choose to love yourself?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Can you choose to come back into gratitude?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Can you choose to anchor back into how amazing you already are?
