Buying Megacap Stocks On Sale Is Not A Good Idea With Higher Interest Rates

<p>"I am still focused on small cap stocks and it's not surprising to see the technology sector struggling after earnings and projections moving forward. We have PCE and GDP reports coming out this week. When we had declining interest rates, investors could buy megacap stocks on sale. That is no longer true as these stocks could go lower.
