Description

In this episode of Recovered, we talk to Britt F who's relationship with alcohol and drugs started at an early age. By age 14, she had already run away from home and gotten married. This paved the way for her destructive behaviors as an adult until she found recovery. Today, Britt is very well balanced in unity, service, and recovery. She talks about finding her new identity in God, what it means to trust God, clean house, and help others, and how the fellowship showed up for her in the loss of her mother and her husband.

All donations help us to provide programs and services – to alcoholic women and their families, at absolutely no cost. If you’d like to donate, text MAGGIES to 44321 or visit magdalenhouse.org/donate.

The Magdalen House is a 501c3 nonprofit organization helping women achieve sobriety and sustain recovery from alcoholism at no cost and based on 12-Step spiritual principles.

Please note, the curriculum we teach through our programs is from the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. However, we are not an A.A. group and we are not associated with Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc.
