Bridging the Digital Divide in the St. Louis Region-Part I

Nearly half of households in St. Louis City and County are impacted by at least one aspect of the digital divide. The components are 1) coverage; 2) quality; 3) service affordability; 4) device affordability; and, 5) digital literacy and mentoring.
