Breaking the News- It's Time to Hang It Up..

<p>In this episode Coach Cathcart discusses how to tell players and parents it may be time to hang up the spikes and focus on life outside of baseball. This is a very difficult decisions for all parties involved and runs the gamut of emotions.&nbsp;</p> <p>There are certain "things" that coaches, parents, and players should look into to tell if a player has what it takes to play at the college level. How are they competing with their peers? What are their physical attributes? How is their work ethic? Where are their priorities?&nbsp;</p> <p>Be honest with yourself as a player!
