Book of Jonah - Chapters 2 & 3 - Prog 05

<p>The Unchanging Word Bible Broadcast explores Jonah chapters 2 and 3 in this study. </p><p> Chapter 2 is a picture of Israel in the person of Jonah as being one who for all practical purposes was dead, and out of commission. </p><p> Dr. Mitchell brings out the fact that like Jonah who was not digested, the Jewish people have not been assimilated into the nations of the earth. The are still a very distinct people separate from the peoples of the world. They have still retained their identity as a nation. </p><p> Dr. Mitchell will give us understanding how far the Jewish people have been scattered among the nations. </p><p> Then in Chapter 3, we see Jonah recommissioned to continue to Nineveh and preach judgment to that city.
