Description

‘’People go to work every day with the aim of making a difference. However, structure and systems get in their way.’’

Today, I am joined by Carolyn Swora, a certified Dare to Lead Facilitator and a personal resilience practitioner. She offers workshops and coaching sessions to organizations and leaders to help them get work barriers from their way.

Tune in and listen to Carolyn give us an overview of resilience and how we can transform teams to work together in a healthy manner.
How Can Carolyn Help Individuals?
Carolyn says that she gives individuals an insight to make sense and find their way from the clouds. Especially during this period of COVID.

The help does not come like magic, so one must be willing and want to lean on this work. Generally, she provides an insight that is relevant and practical to a specific individual.

Carolyn’s approach is that; If somebody doesn’t want it, they don’t want it, and there is nothing much she can do to change that because a lot is happening in people’s lives.
What Services Does Carol Offer?
Currently, most of her work is corporate, providing different services and programs. These services revolve around courage, resilience, belonging, and creating a way to show up at work.

This year, Carolyn plans to expand her offering to be more one-on-one group coaching specifically for women.

The Future of Carolyn’s Business
Carolyn says that she is excited about moving forward with her business because many people are becoming open to this thinking.
How Can an Organization Move Forward?
Relationships are the glue that holds your organization together. Carolyn says that you do not have to spend hours in a workshop together for days; this can be done through little micro-moments throughout every single day at work.
Inner Superpower
To see a gift in people before they even see it themselves.
Timestamps
[00:40] What does Carolyn do?
