If one hasn't</p> <p>learnt to respect the profession in the first 6 years of the career,</p> <p>there is no leadership position can be available for him; I mean,</p> <p>there will be somebody else who will be favored, who is less experience but better in attitude.</p> <p>.. The point is, We as coaches may choose to treat the person as a fresher and</p> <p>heal him during mentoring, so that he gets to the maturity level he should..
