Battery Maker Dragonfly Energy (DFLI) Begins Trading On Nasdaq

<p>Dragonfly Energy (DFLI) completed a SPAC merger with Chardan Nexttech Acquisition 2 Corp (CNTQ). The battery maker began trading today on the Nasdaq. The enterprise value of the combine company is approximately $500.1M. "Lithium-ion batteries are the best batteries in terms of energy density and we have started to displace lead-acid batteries which can be found in RVs and boats," says CEO Dr. Denis Phares.</p>
