Barefield Carer Calls For Means Test For Allowance To Be Scrapped

A Barefield mother who's a full-time carer for her daughter is calling for the means test for the carers allowance to be scrapped. However, carer and Independent Councillor Ann Norton has been telling Clare FM's Morning Focus that changes to the threshold for the carers allowance don't go far enough.
