Are Government Retrofitting Grants Cutting It?

Clare's Green Party Senator insists the Government's retrofitting programme is fit for purpose. It follows criticism from Ireland South MEP Seán Kelly that we won't meet our carbon emissions targets under the current system. Senator Garvey told Clare FM's Morning Focus that the government are also moving towards offering low interest 'green loans' to help people fund such works by the end of the year.
