Apartments and possible effects on the downtown district

This week, the City Council was presented with the pre-development plan for a proposed multifamily project on the site of the former Summit Church at Second and Douglas streets. Nick and Jason take a look at the project and conversations surrounding its possible effects on the both the commercial and residential portions of the downtown district.
