Angola Central Bank Cuts Main Interest Rate As Inflation Falls

Angola’s central bank cut its main interest rate by 50 basis points to 19.50% in a decision. <br />The move comes after the southern African country’s inflation eased further to 19.78% on a year-on-year basis in August, down from 21.40% in July and 27.66% in January.
