<p>In this episode, I talk with Rachel Bailey. Rachel is a coach and parenting specialist. She teaches parents how to reduce negative interactions and drama for a more calm, peaceful home and gives her clients hands-on tools for raising resilient and confident children.<br> <br> During our interview, we talk about the 0-60 irregularities of a child’s feelings. When a child is placed in a scenario of discomfort Rachel refers to it as the “yuck” and as the parent, we have to help them address the “yuck” and learn how to cope with their big emotions.
