Those years were the first time in history that the USA recorded a deficit of a Trillion Dollars. </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;">In fact in Obama's first year, 2009 the federal deficit hit a mind numbing nearly 1 ½ trillion, nearly tripling the year before.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0in;"> </p>
