<p>This week,&nbsp;Stephen Wealthy, Tom the Frugal Gay, and Lauren (Adulting Is Easy) talked real estate on #WealthWednesday with Alan Corey. As a reminder, Alan has over 350 rental units, so his advice is valuable. He's from New York and now lives in Atlanta. Tom was calling in from Toledo, Ohio, where more than half of his portfolio is, and we even heard from one of his financial coaching clients! Tom and Alan discussed owning rentals in areas where car chases happen. Tom ate some Burger King chicken nuggets.
