ABI interviews Vincent Van Horn of Distillerie de la Chaufferie

<p>About an hour south of Montreal, you'll find Vincent and his crew hard at work creating a variety of easy to drink spirits made from scratch using the finest local ingredients. They took over a magnificent early 20th century building in downtown Granby and converted it into a distillery and a beautiful cocktail bar.
