A soul that blesses the Lord!

<p>The scripture we are using to pray this week is from Psalm 103:1 (ESV), and it says, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!”</p> <p>The soul is where our feelings and emotions rule, and if care is not taken, it is easy for our feelings and emotions to rule us instead of us ruling them. Here, Psalm 103:1, the psalmist is commanding their soul to bless the Lord. It is a command that we must establish in our lives and the lives of our children, that no matter what we are feeling, our souls be lifted up to bless the Lord.</p>
