A new role? What support do you need?

<p>In this episode, we're talking about new roles and promotions, and the support you get or give your staff to ensure you/they are able to perform well and confidently at that new level.</p> <p>There's a danger that when you get promoted, you can feel cast out of the clan. Your comrades are no longer your close comrades - you've been removed from the group and your natural social norms become different. </p> <p>When this isn't supported or managed well, it can be detrimental to you/the person being promoted.  To the point where doing the new role becomes hard. </p> <p>What support do you need?
