A Limerick man who was left blind 20 years ago has developed Ireland's first cargo bike

David Sheehan, a graduate of the Limerick Bicycle Engineering Academy was blinded 20 years ago. The Limerick man is now in the final stages of developing the first Irish-designed &amp; manufactured cargo bicycle!
