A heart that TURNS AWAY from the Living God!

The core of one’s being where there is no pretense. THE REAL YOU! So what happens when a person's heart turns, abandons, FORSAKES, falls away from the living God; who turns from the way of righteousness? The answer is found in these two passages: 👉🏾Proverbs 15:10, "There is severe discipline for him who turns from the way [of righteousness]; and he who hates correction will die." 👉🏾Proverbs 10:29-30, "The way of the Lord is a stronghold to the upright, but it is ruin to those who do evil. The [consistently] righteous will never be shaken, but the wicked will not inhabit the earth." Those who have set their affections on things above and have given the Lord the place He deserves in our hearts, are on the way of the Lord! Those who walk in the way of the Lord, find that they are in the way of strength and safety. The Lord promises to lead and guide us in that way. God preserves the way of His saints, and He gives them wisdom and discernment enough to stay ON that right way… that good path that leads to eternal life! 🚩🚩 Be warned: the believer who departs from the way of the Lord, opens the door for ruin and destruction to enter his/her life.Those who chose the life of sin, will soon find themselves in a mess… a mess of their own making! Wisdom says: “I called you so often, but you wouldn’t come. I reached out to you, but you paid no attention. You ignored my advice and rejected the correction I offered. So I will laugh when you are in trouble! I will mock you when disaster overtakes you— when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster engulfs you like a cyclone, and anguish and distress overwhelm you. “When they cry for help, I will not answer.
