A Couple 80-degree Day Before 100-degree Heat on the 4th of July; Isolated Storm Chance in Evenings; July Looks Hot & Dry

<p>Today and tomorrow will be a bit cooler as upper-level flow becomes more zonal over the area with a trough to the north and ridge to the south increasing later afternoon and evening storm chances.  Sunday and for the 4th of July the ridge rebuilds over the area with 90-degree summer heat returning and the evening storm chances become more limited and isolated and likely staying out to the west.  100-degree heat is likely on the 4th and Tuesday.  Later in day Tuesday and again Wednesday ridge weakens some and disturbances increase some storm chances.          </p>
