<p>In today’s episode we’re speaking with Tareq Alshaikh, co-founder of Pinnacle Group, the hospitality partner operating Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters, across the GCC.</p><p>Founded in Australia by Toby Smith in the late 1990s, <a href="https://www.tobysestate.com.au/">Toby’s Estate</a> is now a highly respected and pioneering specialty coffee brand across the world.
