There are several personality traits that seem to show up time and again in people who struggle with TMS (read: everyone, but only some know it). One of the major heavy hitters is perfectionism. Few people realize how toxic we are with the misguided expectations we place on ourselves to show up as "perfect" for family, friends, work, relationships, society, social media... there is no limit to our unrealistic standards.
