We offer strategic planning, employee engagement workshops, and one on one coaching.</p> <p>She designed a specific framework called the 3E Method of Change that guides clients, solo or as a group, through a mechanism that improves connection between their work and their deep-seated purpose.</p> <p>She has an upcoming book called Incongruent set to publish later this year. She also hosts two podcasts. One called Becoming Congruent, stories of people following their purpose.
