When she worked in a hospital, she felt as though she was giving band-aids to solve a bigger problem and wanted to be on the other side of preventative care. So, she started Healthy Steps Nutrition in 2012 and grew it to the point where she could leave the hospital to focus on the business full time. Being flexible in her approach is how she reached the success she has today. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It didn’t matter what it was, Nicole was set out on building relationships with people first. In her business, she was already providing value for free, she just needed to effectively communicate how much she could really help. It’s about being generous in sharing everything you know.
