9/23/23 - First Day of Fall ??

Today’s reading reiterates yesterday’s, getting down to the emotions or feelings from any dreams you remember and looking at that. The second part is about when we want something, we get it, we feel nervous about it, getting through it, then afterwards what do we say to ourselves? To we allow ourselves to feel happy about it?
