<p>RICH CELENZA thinks men that are constantly hitting on women look ridiculous. There's nothing wrong with wanting to meet more women or become friends with many different types of women. But Rich thinks a lot of men have been programmed to constantly hit on women, instead of learning at first how to just have incredible conversations with them. A lot of men also try getting a women's phone number or go on a date with them too quickly. Rich thinks men need to learn how to take their time and understand it's about quality, not quantity.</p>
