New Orleans had been embracing Vietnamese food for some time before 2015 when Peter Nguyen opened Bahn Mi Boys, but when it was Peter’s turn, he wanted to do something different, that was when he decided to own the Banh Mi niche. Prior to opening Banh Mi Boy, Peter had ZERO restaurant experience.
