81: Episode 81 - Sobriety.

On my recent podcast with Gabby Bernstein (who is proudly and publicly sober and has been for years) I shared that I, too, am sober. For over 5 years. Since then, I have been receiving tons of emails asking me to dedicate a podcast to the topic, and today I decided to do so. I am further inspired to share, as I am concerned that this time of quarantine may leave more and more people susceptible to the allure of drowning their feelings and fears in substances, and I want to bring connection to this potential reality. I hope that my story can invite many of you to feel less alone. We do not have to live in the grips of alcohol, or any other substance, should we awaken to our choice not to.
