<p>Allison Farrell is a Virginia Commonwealth University recent graduate and Social Creative Resident at The Martin Agency's new Social Lab. She is a part of a multidimensional team that moves nimbly across multiple client social asks.&nbsp;</p> <p>Her academic career drew attention from recruiters from The Martin Agency, as she was one of the few founders of Camp Adventure. Camp Adventure is a summer internship/work opportunity for advertising students.
