8. Marnie Jamison: "Our Best Resources Are Each Other"

<p>Marnie Jamison has been a foster parent to 80 children over the last twenty-four years. She was the first to sign up for the state of Oregon's "therapeutic foster homes" which is slated to be the model in foster care.
