#72 - No One Cares, Recovering from Burnout & Eliminating Self Judgment

<p>After 17 years I learned that no one cares! In this episode I am fully transparent in what has been going on in my life. In the last week I experienced burnout which led to self judgement. We are our own worse critic. We cast shame and judgment upon ourselves more than anyone ever will.
