<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">October is breast cancer awareness month. When Dr. Martin graduated in 1974, one in every 20 women in North America would get breast cancer. Today, that number is 1 in every 6 women!</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dr. Martin agrees that we need to be more aware of breast cancer. Cancer starts as the size of a pen tip, and it takes 5 years to get that size.
