70: How to get experience if you’ve just finished your YTT or don’t have much yet?

<p>Many YTTs don't actually have or give you the time to make enough teaching hours to develop your style, teaching personality and build your teaching foundations. So, it's not uncommon to feel incapable of teaching after obtaining your teaching certificate.&nbsp;</p> <p>Next to that, getting your first teaching experience, especially during the time of the pandemic has changed.
