Emily Randall, who has been knocking on doors in her tough swing district in the Kitsap Peninsula and&nbsp;Matt Hildreth, executive director of <a href="http://ruralorganizing.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> RuralOrganizing.org</a>.
