When starting a business it's tempting to do many things you said you wouldn't before you began - give away work for free, discount your rates, change your work flow. It's all in the name of 'growing my business' that we make these decisions.<br /><br />Today I'm sharing why this is a bad idea and how to both grow your business and build one that you want to have in a year or three (as opposed to one you wish you had never started).
