I thought it wise for me to reflect on my own life and explore my experience with this topic. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why is talking about negative self-talk and self-doubt an important topic to talk about? Well, because it holds people back on several levels. It can stop us from being the best version of ourselves. It can cripple us from ever taking our first steps in any area of life.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also want this to be an introduction to a topic that is very complicated.
