5.18: What is Accountability? Who are You Accountable to?

<p>To whom are you accountable? If you own a business, you are &nbsp;accountable to your customers to provide the product or service that &nbsp;they paid for in a reasonable amount of time. And if you have employees, &nbsp;you are responsible for paying them the wages agreed upon when hired. &nbsp;They are accountable to you to do the work you told them to do.</p> <p>If you are married, you are accountable to your spouse. At least you &nbsp;should be. We are all accountable to the IRS if we earn income to report &nbsp;it and pay what is due. A little kid is accountable to his parents. I’m &nbsp;sure you remember a time when you were caught doing something wrong. &nbsp;Did you blame it on someone else? Since I was an only child, I blamed it &nbsp;on the dog.</p> <p>There are many more examples of accountability.
