5-10-2020 The Seven Statements of Christ on the Cross

<p>As Jesus’ life comes to an end on the cross, he speaks few words, but they are powerful. These words have been traditionally called the seven last words of Jesus.  Actually, they are seven messages that we most need to hear. If we are willing to draw close and listen, we can experience the holy privilege of intimacy, compassion, forgiveness and divine love and awe that he desires for each of us. Some are prayers, spoken directly to God. Some are spoken to others.
