49: Aideen Ni Riada - The Importance of Finding Your Voice

<p>Aideen Ní Riada is a holistic singing and voice coach helping people to reclaim their voice, learn to sing for fun and rediscover the joy of singing. She studied Psychology in University College Dublin which has helped her to develop a system that helps students become more confident and overcome self-limiting beliefs.
