<p>Today I am interviewing John Buglino who is the Director of Marketing for Optessa.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was great to hear how John leads with empathy in all that he does, and how leading in this way has such an impact on your team and ultimately creates a better environment for building relationships which leads to better productivity and creativity. John also shares that business is only the third priority at best for a employee, so the answer for an employee request is “yes” because you will get the best work from supporting the person not assuming priority. And finally empathy isn’t being a doormat.
