442 Cara Wilde ~ Connecting With the Land

<p>I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Cara Wilde. She’s been a guest on this show many times, and she’s back to talk about connection to the land. Cara is one of the people I feel is most connected to the land where she lives. She spends lots of time visiting and working with local stone circles, and she’s an avid hiker, trail runner, and wild swimmer.</p> <p>I’ve been wanting to have this conversation with her for a while and to share it with you. I feel really connected to the land where I live, and I also feel connected to other places, like Avebury, which I feel called to visit time and time again.
